Perth ~ 27 Aug 2008
We spend our last day of the trip in Perth. It was midnight already while we reached Perth. We took taxi from airport to the City Stay apartment hotel which located @ the center of the town. This apartment hotel cost AUS$165 per night per unit with 2 rooms & 1 living room & kitchen.
Well.. today is our last day in Australia & also a free & easy day tour. We kept our luggage in the hotel after we checked out early in the morning. Then we visited our first destination ~ Kings Park. This Park occupies approximately 400 hectares of Mount Eliza overlooking the city of Perth and the Swan River. Situated only a few minutes from the our hotel. Due to time constraint, we walked from main entrance till the botanical garden area. From there, we took a bus back to the Perth City.
We had our lunch @ one of the Fast Food restaurant available along the street.
We finished the day with shopping around Perth City. Of course, never forget to grab souvenir as well. After dinner, we went back to our hotel to collect our bags & heading to Perth airport. Here ends our Australia trip.
