Hong Kong ~ 22 Sept 2007
Yes, today we went back to Wan Chai for breakfast again. Hehe… this time round, we able to find the most famous Hong Kong teahouse in Wan Chai. I wasn’t sure is it really the most famous 1.
. We saw this ~ 香港驰名蛋挞 ~ that’s why we choose this shop.
.
Here we got our Egg Tart (港式蛋挞) & Polo Bun(菠萝包 & 菠萝油). Well, of course never forget the Hong Kong style milk tea (港式奶茶 & 港式鸳鸯).

We proceeded to Golden Bauhinia Square (金紫刑广场) after breakfast. This square commemorates Hong Kong’s return to china, with a daily flag-raising ceremony from 7:45am to 8:03am.

We walked along the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kowloon peninsula.

Yeah.. Here we met up with the Hong Kong Artist. This is one of the Scene in the Hong Kong drama ~ 当狗爱上猫

Then, we headed to Tsing Ma Bridge (青马大桥) by minibus no.308M from Tsing Yi station. It is the world’s seventh-longest span suspension bridge which links Tsing Yi (青衣) Island to Ma Wan(马湾). It has two decks and carries both road and rail traffic, which also makes it the largest suspension bridge of this type. The bridge has a main span of 1,377 metres (4,518 ft) and a height of 206 metres (676 ft). The span is the largest of all bridges in the world carrying rail traffic.

We headed to the highest point on Hong Kong Island ~ The Peak (太平山顶). Heck, the queue for the ticket was pretty long while we reached there (because today is Saturday).
. Again we changed our initial plan. In order to get priority entrance, we have to buy the Combo Ticket (Madame Tussauds + Tram ~ HKD130). ** Madame Tussauds was not in our initial plan ** We visited Sky Terrace as well which cost us HKD20

We visited Madame Tussauds (香港杜沙夫人蜡像馆) features about 100 local and international celebrity wax figures.

Tell you the truth, if you have chance to visit Madame Tussauds London, you will know the difference. (Madame Tussauds London is much much better compare to Madame Tussauds Hong Kong which I think Madame Tussauds Hong Kong is really not worth it.
)

Again, the moment we wanted to leave, still long queue for the tram. Thus, we decided to take taxi to the Central Station & back to Mongkok.
